Anti-viral Fogging/Sanitisation

Up to 110 square meters (Commercial premises) - £2.00 per sq/m (min £220 charge)
Above 110 square meters (Commercial premises) - £1.70 per sq/m

If accessories such as computers key boards, monitors, terminals and mouse are cleaned at the same time (Commercial premises) - £2.50 each

For household sanitisation From £20.00 per room

After Build Cleaning

From £22.00 per hour – minimum 3 hours

Bulk Waste Removal

Is bulk waste the bane of your site management? Let us help you with that. Waste will be relocated in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. Where possible, if a bulk waste item is deemed to be in good shape, we will make every attempt to donate such items to a charitable cause.

It is standard procedure for us to ensure waste is disposed or transferred in adherence to environmental legislations.

Additional Services

We also offer FREE services to property managers whilst on site. These include site inspections and compliance checks such as lift alarms, fire doors, fire extinguishers, emergency light testing, AOVs and smoke vents. (Where a qualified personnel is required, you will be notified).

We also cater for minor repairs at a minimal charge (no call out fee).
